What is Raclette?

Raclette a delicious melted cheese from Switzerland. Served over boiled potatoes this moorish cheesy melty goodness will delight your guests.

Perfect for that late night wedding snack.

We come out on site and pop up with our Raclette machines ready for the cheesy goodness.

$28pp ex gst includes

  • 5kg of Raclette or Fontina

  • 5kg of Kestrel boiled potatoes

  • Pickled onions, gherkins

  • Pane Di Casa bread

  • Plates, cutlery, napkins

  • Delivery, labour (minimum 4hours), machines, propane etc.

  • Setup/Packdown

Traditional or Italian?

Choose from two different cheese types

Fontina is an Italian cow's milk cheese. Although made throughout the year, the best cheese is obtained during the summer when the cows are moved to an altitude of 550 to 700 meters and fed only with rich grass to give it a distinctive aroma.

Heidi Farm Raclette, Australia’s most awarded cheese, presents an intense perfume and a mild nutty, milky flavour. The rind of the cheese is washed and scrubbed during production, promoting flavour development and ripening. The supple, satiny interior of this multiple Australian Grand Champion Cheese is best appreciated when the cheese is melted or cooked. Traditionally Raclette is melted on a Raclette burner, scraped and eaten with boiled waxy potatoes and pickles.

Enjoy 2 types of cheese (cheddar and raclette) garlic, 4 kinds of onion, toasted to perfection. The best bit are the extra crispy bits. Enjoy with cornichons & pickled onions on the side.
